December 12 is D-Day for the planet as world leaders meet in Copenhagen to do a global deal on climate change.
So after you've participated in the most important Walk Against Warming ever come celebrate this global day of climate action at The Falconer Café, and be part of our next Sustainable Feast!
The intention of the evening is to challenge and engage the diner in a conversation around food and the food habits of the urban Sydneysider. Each course of the 6 course degustation is sustainably produced and is intended to address a particular food topic for table discussion.
A selection of local organic and biodynamic wines will be available, selected to compliment the dinner.
Degustation Menu
- Chilled Rocket Parmentier soup
- Ceviche of rainbow trout with fennel herb & sardinian crisp bread
- Carpaccio of baby beets, purple radish and red garnet
- Roasted Sardines wrapped in vine leaves with pine nuts, raisins and preserved lemon
- Bultara salt bush lamb with mint pea & ricotta terrine
- Baked fig and frangipane tart with marjoram & stone fruit salad
$75.00 per head.

- Carpaccio of baby beets, purple radish and red garnet
- Iranian couscous with coriander heirloom tomatoes and preserved lemon
- Zucchini flowers filled with butternut pumpkin, sage and chilli
- Baked Fig and frangipane tart with marjoram & stone fruit salad
$65.00 per head.
